Fire Drill Procedures

1. Teachers will clearly post fire drill instructions in a conspicuous place near the door of the classroom.
2. Lights should be turned off, all windows closed, and the door closed by the teacher who should be the last to leave.
3. Students must stay together as a class and move 20 meters away from the building.
4. Teachers must call roll once outside the building. Anyone not with the class but previously present should be reported to the Principal.
