Oh, sweet,
sweet physics,
Let me be patient , let me be focused,
with all these formulas in front of my eyes.
Though I may suffer, how many late nights,
at least Mr White doesn’t give too much homework.
And tell him, thank him for his help.
Tell him you love the work, and everything will be all
right.
Now I may have faith, to make mountains fall,
but without gravity, I could do nothing at all.
But a life without forces, would be no life at all.
-nothing to hold me up, nor to push on.
There’s no life without formulas, and now that we’re older,
we have that education.
So tell him, thank him for his help,
at noon, or after school, he’ll say “It’ll be all right.”
I’ll never be jealous, nor be too mean to the force X2
on my opposite side,
for we’re all equal (the X2 and I) in our equilibrium
equation.
Oh,..... sweet , sweet.......
